Subway

I did this assignment for Hollis King at Verve. It was a double page spread that ran in Jazzis magazine. For this piece my friend Casey and I hopped on the subway late one nigh and shot a few rolls of film. He's the guy in all black at waiting at the door. Another one of my close friends made it into this picture. He's way in the back asleep, with his mouth open. Bill has the unflappable ability to fall asleep anywhere at any time. A comical trait I thought it would be fun to throw in there. This piece was accepted in the Society of Illustrators 44th Annual Competition.
